David has been General Manager of El Camaleón in Mayakoba since 2016. He brings over 20 years of experience in the golf industry, particularly in the management and operation of professional golf courses. Throughout his career, he has specialized in both the sports and operational aspects of golf. His arrival at Mayakoba began with directing the Jim McLean Academy, a high-performance training facility for golf enthusiasts and professionals.

David holds professional studies in Professional Golf Administration from the SDGA in Orlando, Florida. He is certified as a Professional Instructor at the Jim McLean Academy and has played professional golf on various internationally recognized tours.
