Gonzalo is Chief Development Officer with over 27 years of experience in the construction industry. With extensive experience in project management, Gonzalo stands out for his leadership focused on operational and strategic optimization.

As Senior Project Manager at Abilia, he was responsible for managing various real estate development projects, ensuring compliance with established planning requirements and reporting progress to senior management and investors in a timely manner. In his previous role as Construction Director at Black Palm Development, he led daily operations and developed strategies to achieve short and long-term objectives, implementing internal processes that strengthened various areas of the company and ensured successful project execution.

Gonzalo holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana. He holds an MBA from The University of Queensland (Australia) and a diploma in Business Administration and Development from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM)
