She joined RLH Properties in 2019, where she serves as Director of Human Resources. With a career of over 20 years in Human Resources, she has worked at important multinational companies including Motorola de México, Deloitte, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, and most recently at Orbia Advanced Corporation (formerly Mexichem) where she served as Corporate Director of Organizational Development, responsible for talent management strategy and organizational development at the global level.

Over the last 10 years of her career, Marilaura's experience has been in positions as HR Business Partner providing strategic human resources support to business leaders as well as leading the Talent Management function for the companies where she has worked. Her experience also includes Compensation and Benefits, Organizational Culture, and Change Management.

She holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Tecnológica de México and certifications as a Coach from the College of Executive Coaching and as a Change Facilitator from Prosci.
