Karla Vaquero is General Counsel at RLH Properties since 2023. With over 19 years of experience, she has acquired a very broad vision of Law, combining knowledge of transactional experience in an evolving business and legal environment. As well as understanding the regulatory, coercive, and political aspects of the region.

She began her career at Notaría Pública 212 and 246, and at the firm Mijares, Angoitia, Cortes y Fuentes, S.C., but it was at Credit Suisse México that she began to develop and gain extensive experience in financial and banking law, providing general advisory in relation to legal and compliance matters, experience in the financial industry, as well as in corporate law.

Karla is an attorney from Escuela Libre de Derecho and holds a specialization in Financial and Securities Law Institutions from Universidad Panamericana. She holds a Master's degree in Law (LLM) from Columbia University.
