Management Team

Luis joined RLH Properties as CEO in August 2023. He brings over 30 years of experience in corporate strategy, operations, and brand development. From 2002 to 2011, as Vice President of International Markets at FEMSA Cerveza, he was responsible for the strategy and international operations of the brands Dos Equis, Sol, and Tecate. From 2012 to 2020, Luis held various executive positions at Laureate Education Mexico, Universidad del Valle de México, and Universidad Tecnológica de México. As Chief Executive Officer of Laureate México and UVM, he was responsible for the strategy and operations of Mexico's two largest private universities with 44 campuses in 22 cities and over 20,000 employees.

He served as Chief Executive Officer of Strategy Primus, a boutique firm specializing in strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and brand development, and most recently held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Grupo Industrial Monclova (GIMSA), a private conglomerate with presence in mining, industrial, and energy sectors. He is currently a member of the National Board of the Employers' Confederation of the Mexican Republic (COPARMEX), Atlas Beverages, NEPANOA Consulting, Over Ice Beverages, Christel House, Ebeltec, and T1 Internet.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Master's degree in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Phoenix, Arizona.
