Oscar L. Garcia joined RLH Properties as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in 2025. With a career spanning over 25 years at leading companies such as Heineken, Cervecería Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma, and Coca Cola Company, Oscar brings valuable multicultural experience and deep knowledge in developing expansion strategies, commercialization, and brand positioning at national and international levels.

Most recently, Oscar served as VP of National Accounts at Heineken México, where he was responsible for all national commercial chains including Oxxo, Walmart, Alsea, and national hotel chains with highly favorable results. At Heineken NV, he held the position of Chief Executive Officer and other senior positions focused on sales team management. Prior to Heineken, he spent several years at Cervecería Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma (CCM) in Mexico, first as Vice President of Exports, where he established strategic direction for international markets, and later as VP of Sales for the Central and Eastern U.S., responsible for all aspects of market development. Early in his career, Oscar managed sales for Labatt USA in the Northeast and held various sales and marketing positions at Coca-Cola Company in Mexico. Oscar holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Regiomontana and an MBA from IPADE, as well as several relevant certificates and diplomas in corporate skills and negotiation.
