Eva Rábago was appointed Director of Marketing and Sales at RLH Properties in April 2025, following her joining in early 2025 as Director of Digital Marketing. With over 20 years of experience driving digital transformation and revenue growth, Eva brings extensive expertise in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies at national and international scales. Her career is characterized by a proven ability to expand brand presence, improve profitability, and lead multicultural teams.

Highlights of Eva's career include directing digital initiatives and managing multimillion-dollar budgets. She is recognized for her data-driven approach, leveraging insights to optimize results and foster collaboration across departments and industries. Her strategic analysis and technological approach have consistently delivered exceptional results.

Previously, Eva held key roles as Head of Media Planning at MasterCard, where she led strategic media planning, and as Head of Marketing & CRM at Samsung Electronics, where she directed marketing initiatives and customer relationship management. These experiences strengthened her ability to develop comprehensive and results-oriented marketing strategies. Eva holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Centro de Estudios y Ciencias de la Comunicación, a Master's degree in Marketing Intelligence and CRM from IEBS Biztech School, and has completed executive education at IPADE Business School. This solid educational foundation, combined with her extensive practical experience, positions her as a leader in the digital marketing landscape.
