Management Team

Gerardo has over 10 years of experience in corporate finance, relations with financial institutions, development of management systems, and strategic planning. Throughout his career, he has held various key positions, standing out from 2016 to 2019 as the person responsible for financing at Arendal, an energy infrastructure construction company, where he led multidisciplinary teams for successful negotiations. In his most recent position as Director of Planning and Management at Grupo Industrial Monclova, he drove the identification of opportunities, definition of long-term strategies, and development of comprehensive systems for effective tracking of objectives across various company areas.

Gerardo holds a Bachelor's degree in International Finance with a specialization in Investment Project Evaluation from Universidad de Monterrey (UDEM), and holds a Postgraduate degree in Energy Administration from EGADE Business School Tecnológico de Monterrey.
