Management Team

Before joining RLH, Rodrigo worked for 5 years for JLL's Hotels and Hospitality Group, where he held various positions, particularly in the areas of asset management and strategic consulting in Mexico City. In his last position with JLL, as Vice President, Rodrigo was responsible for the execution of asset management assignments and consulting projects such as market research and feasibility studies, pre-development and development advisory, brand and operator selection, brand and operator contract negotiations, financial projections, and portfolio valuations in Mexico and specific projects abroad.

Rodrigo began his career in the hospitality sector working for Hilton Worldwide, holding various roles, particularly in the area of revenue management based in Mexico City and occasionally supporting specific projects abroad. In his last position with Hilton, Rodrigo held the role of Cluster Revenue Management Director for three hotels in Mexico City, overseeing their performance and identifying opportunities to develop and implement commercial strategies focused on maximizing room revenue generation.

Rodrigo is a graduate of the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey with a Bachelor's degree in International Relations.
